Hi, all! I'm new to the forum, just registered tonight. I found this site by Googling a specific tech problem I'm having - don't worry, I'll post the actual question at the appropriate page.

I've been in IT for the US federal government for over 32 years. Started right out of college with mainframes, punch cards, paper tape (raise your hand if you don't even know what this stuff is ;-D), and am now running a help desk and LAN administration team that supports almost 700 users in a single facility.

I hope to get some good assistance from this site, and maybe help a few folks out myself. Looking forward to it!
