I have a dell latitude d610 that has the gray screen of death and I need to unlock the master password. I have tried the program latitude, exe with no luck. Also need to know if memory battery has to be in to work, this laptop came to me with the coin battery missing and I was told it can only be bought from dell. Any help you can give me will be great.
