In other forums I can fit the OTL log, Extras log plus a ComboFix log. HijackThis is no longer adequate for Malware Removal, many of the complex infections do not even show in HJT, this is why we need to use... More than likely TechSpot will not move with the times and embrace this but at least it has been mentioned.

I downloaded [B]gnotify[/B] from TechSpot and then spent the next several days trying to figure out why it kept failing to work (i tried the download from other sites as well. All had the same problem!)

I finally found the download requires a patch if you want gnotify to work with secure login (https). I'd suggest this fact (and a link to the patch) also be available from TechSpot's download page.
