Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus driver not found on Lenovo G450

I just bought a notebook Lenovo G450 and I had drivers not found problem. My OS is Windows XP SP2. In Device Manager, there are four "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus" device with exclamation mark. Below is the link to the screenshot of my device manager (pardon me, you have copy-paste the link manually since my post count is still below 5 so I cannot post link/image here):

There is no sound problem since I had successfully installed the sound driver from lenovo (The name is "Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221" as you can see on the screenshot above) and the sound is working without problem. I also had installed Microsoft UAA Bus Driver before installing the sound driver.

I had tried installing realtek and nvidia high definition audio driver and all required drivers from lenovo (http : // consumersupport.lenovo.com/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=370748), but still no avail. The four yellow exclamation marks is still exist.

So I need help to identify what actually are the devices that shown as "Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus"? And where can I get the driver for that devices?

Samsung SATA DVD Writer Drivers

My (SAMSUNG Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA 20X DVD Burner with LightScribe LightScribe Support - OEM)connected to a PCI SATA card didn't show up at all. I finally found the TSST Win Inquiry tool to determine it was really called a "TSST corpCDDVDW TS-H653N"
I probably don't need drivers for my optical drive but it wouldn't work at all until I fooled with it for weeks and applied a firmware update, which I was able to find.
It is workng now, but driver is Microsoft 2001 and doesn't display correctly in Device manager.
Google of TS-H653N turned up a driver (ts-h653n-driver.2.4.1.zip) at:
[url]http://www.bioticaindia.com/[/url]. I tried to register yesterday to two e-mails and haven't gotten an activation from either one so I could download this driver.

Finally to my question, does anyone know where to find this driver.

Missing Drivers after Windows 7 install

Hello,

I just installed Windows 7 and I noticed I have drivers missing when I looked at Manage my Computer. Under device manager and Other devices It has 4 yellow exclamation points. Three say Base System Device and the fourth says Unknown Device. I tried updating driver software and looking on the HP website, thinking they might have the drivers and Nothing has worked. Where can i find these drivers to install them. Thanks.

I downloaded the bluetooth software from toshiba (bluetooth driver stack file ...)

I cant seem to get the audio to work in windows 7. I have tried the vista drivers(which seem to work most of the time) as well as the xp drivers using the compatibility mode.
I have also tried the universal Microsoft audio drivers. Any suggestions?
HP site shows the audio device to be Conexant AC-Link Audio.

A possible (and often over-looked) cause of this problem is missing or corrupt filter drivers! (more simply called "filters")

Printer Driver for Windows 7 (Series driver missing from installation)

I re installed my printer compatible for windows 7.

I installed all these drivers that came in the installation:

Photosmart C4200 printer series (DOT4USB)
Photosmart C4280 USB Device
I:\
IEEE 1284.4 compatible printer
Photosmart C4200 printer series (DOT4PRINT)
USB Composite Device
USB Mass Storage Device
USB Printing support.*

I still cannot use my printer at all because the driver:

Photosmart C4200 Series driver is missing.

The *Hp photosmart C4200 series* Was not in the installation file.

I redownloaded the installation file and tried again but i get the same problem.

I double cheked im installing the correct installation which i am.
I made sure to uninstall all preveous printers compleatly from my pc then reset befour installing.

When i want to install this driver, i click update driver then locate my driver?

Monitor goes blank after updating drivers

I am current using a Nvidia 9800 GTX/GTX+ with driver version 6.14.11.7824. It works fine at this setting. Yet whenever I try to update the driver, whether its to a more recent version or a slightly older one, my monitor will go blank after the windows splash screen. I recently had some other issues with my PC, but those were related to RAM and at this point I have updated the RAM and the blue screens from that have gone away. I was hoping that doing that would fix this issue, but obviously it has not. What might be causing this problem and how do I go about fixing it?

I suppose I should also mention that this is only when booting windows normally, I can still access safe mode perfectly fine.

Help with USB ports

My USB ports stopped working a few days ago. I'm guessing it was probably connected to the unscheduled checkdisk which deleted a couple of corrupted files pertaining to a USB Disk Security program. Now the USB ports don't work like they should; my mouse lights up when I connect it to the laptop, but doesn't work. The prompt says device is not recognized, or something like that. I already uninstalled the USB Disk Security program but the ports still don't work. How do I get them working again?

Basically that problem is my pc freezing up and restarting.

Oone occasion, after the restart of my pc I started doing what I regularly do. After I was done, I shut it down.

Next morning, I turn on my pc, boot up and everything was fine, but I recieved an additional dialog box saying my pc has recovered from a serious error (dont know why it came up, and if it should come up, shouldnt it have come up after the auto restart ?)

AT&T/Yahoo Driver

Hello,

I'm trying to find a driver for the AT&T/Yahoo DSL disk. There isn't a version number, so I can't give you specifics, unfortunately. Anyways, I'm trying to help some family members of mine load their Ethernet card that they got with the disk from AT&T. Without the driver for the Ethernet card, they cannot connect to the Internet, as the modem won't recognize that there is a computer on the network and vice versa. The operating system is Windows XP. If you need anymore information, or anything at all to help me out then please don't hesitate. Ha. Ha.

Well, I found this thread:

regarding the above subject. However, the 3117 driver didn't agree to work for me when I installed it the regular way.
I finally found a solution, and I write it here as a thank you to this forum for helping me.
What you have to do is:
1. download the 3117 driver and unzip it to a folder.
2. Plug in your 3116 and turn it on. Windows 7 will automatically recognize it as 3116, but will not find a driver.
3. Now write click on the device -> properties -> hardware -> select the phaser and click porperties.
4. Select update driver -> select from a list in my computer -> printers -> have disk -> select the 3117 driver
5. Everything's working!

Problem is, which version: the latest vsn 2.10 is described as 'update code for MAC address'. vsn 2.0 is listed as 'update CPU code'. The next one, vsn 1.90 is mine. There are also 2 downloads for each vsn: DOS and Windows- I assume I should use the Windows one and folow their installation guidelines?

Sorry for the long post, but as you can tell, I need all the help I can get. Any advice appreciated.

I recently downgraded from vista to XP Pro, I cant go back to vista or ill go mental, and cant really afford to go to 7 right now. anyway, after doing everything i basically have no drivers i run a Gateway M-6864FX, and i desperatly need the drivers for nearly all the stuff, like video, sound, networking is a big big big need for it. Only problem is it seems the drivers provided on the disc or from the website seem to be only intended for vista and im having problems finding something to make them work in xp, the drivers for the ethernet so far as i understand is Realtek Lan Driver V6.202.0125.2008

Hi all,

after three days of reading through forums and trying out different things, I finally decided to post a thread myself, as none of the posted solutions worked for me.

My problem:
My webcam suddenly frooze while using it with skype. That happened sometimes before alreday. Usually it works again after clsong the video connection and starting it again. This time after clsoing my video connection, the button for video calling disappeared and I got a message at the bottom right corner of my screen that I have a USB connection problem. At the same time, I was updating windows vista.

Specifications:
Asus X55sv notebook
built-in 1.3 MP Chicony 2.0 USB webcam
Vista Home SP2

Notes:
- Can't find an imaging device in device manager any more. However, one USB port is unidentified. It says no drivers are uploaded for this product, but it also says that this device is wirking correctly (I'm not sure whether this has anything to do with the problem).
- Several tries of installing different camera drivers always failed.
- System restore to a point before I did the vista update failed.
- However, when using programms like Driver Max to identify the hardware, a webcam is found, but no specifications are given.
- I had this problem before when I bought the notebook ~2 years ago. But then, it could be fixed by installing the latest drivers.
- The energy settings I'm using on my notebook do not allow USB ports to go to sleep mode in order to save energy.

Any help (apart from reinstalling the OS and sending the notebook back to asus) is highly appreciated.

I need help installing my printer

I have a Dell Studio 540 desktop running Window's Vista Home Premium and I'm trying to install a Canon Pixma MP190 printer/scanner. Right now, it only shows up as a Canon Pixma MP190 series scanner. When I make another attempt at adding the device, it shows up as a Xerox WorkCentre Pro Scanner. I've tried disconnecting then reconnecting the printer, uninstalling then reinstalling and every possible shut-down and restart sequence I could think of. When I went to the Canon website, the only option i had for a driver was the Driver Robot, which is their auto scan driver installer, and it didn't pick up the printer then, either. Even the driver from this site was a no-go as it was meant for a 32-bit system, which mine isn't, apparently. There is also no communication between the computer and printer. I've tried everything I can think of to get some interaction, but nothing has come of it. What should I do? I bought the printer about 18 months ago and the computer about 9 months ago. They both are fairly new. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Internet drivers for Dell dimension 3100

Hi im trying to set up my internet connection for my Dell computer to the office internet. The computer crashed a couple of days before and I had to reinstall the whole thing. Now when i got it going again i cant detect an Internet connection at all.
When I open the device manager i dont got any Network adapter icon at all. I figured i lack some drivers then. I�ve downloaded all the network drivers and installed them but I still dont get it to work.
Tips?

Inspiron 6000 ATI Mobility Radeon X300 driver for Windows 7 found

fyi -I Installed Windows 7 32-bit Home version on Saturday. Windows 7 installed a generic VGA drive for the ATI Mobility Radeon X300 video card.

Two days of struggles with trying to find a driver that would install - my performance rating overall was 1.0 due to the generic VGA driver. I visited the Dell and ATI's websites - tried to install several upgrades from ATI's site - nothing worked or installed.

Then this evening I went into the Windows Automatic updates, and there downloaded just today on my PC, was the X300 driver for my 32-bit version of Windows 7. I installed the update, now the performance rating on this old laptop is 3.1. (I have a 60 gb hard drive and expanded RAM to 2 GB) Aero works great.

The Windows 7 automatic update installed today was:
ATI Technologies Inc. - Display - ATIMOBILITY RADEON X300

Problem with video card driver

Greetings. Recently i have experienced problems with my cpu. The problem is that my computer screen keeps turning black and i cant figure it out why. I thought its caused by graphics driver but i am not sure...thats why i ask help here. I run on Windows vista home premium 32-bit. Also i checked the video card inside and i found that info from there : RX2600 - T2D256EZ/D2 so it should be ATI radeon 2600 pro. well i downloaded the latest ATI display driver but it still keeps crashing...well not crashing but the screen just goes black and i cant do anything. So please help me if u can. Thanks!

Error Caused by Device Driver

For the past few weeks (mostly since the windows update in mid September, which I have since rolled back) my computer has been having several issues. I am not sure if they are related but I will post them both in the same thread.

-Windows XP pro SP3
-Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
-Abit IP35PRO(P35+ICH9R)
-2gig DDR2 dual channel corsair RAM

The first issue is that I have been having frequent BSODs while gaming, and at times even on start up, however those only occur following a previous BSOD.

My second issue which may or may not be related is that with that above mentioned windows update (the september one) on my computer while gaming my screen would become covered with artifacts and the game would show up as pink and messed up is the only way I can describe it. Alt-tabbing fixed that issue, however it took about 1min to alt-tab out of the game. This issue occurred with WoW, Aion, and WC3.

So I thought that updating my graphics drivers would resolve it. However when I updated my drivers after the windows splash screen my monitor was blank. Safe Mode worked fine, and thinking the update was to blame for my failure to upgrade drivers I rolled back and tried to update again, however I got the same result.

As I said I am not sure if these issues are related, but any help you can give me into either of them would be greatly appreciated.
