Actually that one's OK

But I'm concerned about C:\Program Files\Moyea\FLV Downloader\MoyeaCth.dll
After a search, most users found they needed to remove this in Safe Mode (F8 at startup)

You might want to follow these steps in full, to be confident that you do not have malware present

Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

Posting back a new HJT log (among others)

the only use for a proxy (at home) is to filter/scan email for viruses.
you can check this in your email client were the pop3 name is provided and the port
number being used
a normal pop3 setup (without email scanner) looks like mail.domain.com port 110
if yours is 127.0.0.1 with some other port, then you're using a proxy correctly.

IF NOT, delete the R1 proxy :)
