It takes my computer 5-10 minutes to start up and open most programs, including Mozilla. I have attached my 3 logs.
 
Outstanding! You appear to be vigilant against malware. From a malware perspective, your logs are clear.

Performance issues are best addressed by other specialists here.

start > run desk.cpl > desktop > customize desktop > web
Removal is an option. User choice.

Slow/sluggish - guides have details
  • Check the events logs for errors (eventvwr.msc)
  • Run chkdsk directing fix all error and surface scan
  • Defrag the disk (dfrg.msc)
  • Wireless network - how is the connection speed
  • Control O4 Startup items
Remove 'stinkers' left by malware / infections that were cleaned.
Download RatsCheddar
It contains a program written by Rathat, and it is a Policy Controller.
Save and extract this program to the desktop.
Once extracted, Double click on the RatsCheddar.exe file.
Enable everything, then click Exit
Reboot your Computer.
 
Thanks for the input. I followed most of what you explained. Is there a specific guide that you would recommend following for the sluggishness problem?
 
Add this:
Remove 024 Desktop from HijackThis:

The following is the only removal that has worked:
Start> Control Panel> Display> Desktop> Customize Desktop> Web tab> uncheck and delete everything you find in there (except for "My current home page")> Also remove the check mark from the the Lock Desktop Items box if it is checked> Apply> OK> Close.
