big problem please help

i have a problem with my pc it keeps crashing i have ran all the mal/adware programs people have suggested have only found 1which is free and it finds over 500 problems i clean them but soon as i restart my pc they all come back! i have attachted my HJT log file can some please take a look and help me out?

i cant see what im doing wrong sorry, i have seen only threads which tell u how 2 post HJT file as a .txt etc where am i going wrong???

you were told in the other thread which you posted about this problem to
scan your system with an anti-virus, spybot search & destroy, and ad-aware and post what the findings were.

If you have a problem, post it in 1 thread, not two.
