I have a problem: I went to Best Buy and bought CS:S. I tried to install it, but after it prompts me to insert the second disc it later gives an error message

So I use Steam and my CD key to download it, but after it installs it gives me some funky error saying:

What should I do? How can I fix this so that I can play?
