Just received LucasArts newsletter which contained the following information

LucasArts and Sony Online Entertainment announced April 15, 2003 as the confirmed release date for Star Wars Galaxies. Celebrate with new wallpapers featuring a Wookiee warrior, an elusive Jedi Knight, a cunning bounty hunter or Darth Vader himself in the product site gallery.
