help with outlook

I just signed up with road runner and am trying to get access to my work mail on the server there. I am able to sign on and get into my mailbox, but can't open or create a message. Error on page appears in the bottom left. I have installed zeroads because I can't stand the popups on road runner. Had installed a different one but unistalled it and stayed with this. Any ideas? Please help.

What's the error? Which mail client are you using? If you get past this and cannot send then you guys may have SMTP routing disabled on the mailserver side, but you should still be able to check and open the mail there even if that were true.

It's working now!! Thank God it wasn't me but it must have been something on my acct on the server. Thanks folks.
