Asus G2Sg-A1 Gaming Notebook vs. Toshiba Satellite X205-SLi6? which would you choose?

I'm going to college next year and picking out a lap top. I need to know which is a better buy? i will be using it for gaming, school work, and video editing...

Asus G2Sg-A1 Gaming Notebook- $1,985
(http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/asus....html?tag=lst))
or
Toshiba Satellite X205-SLi6- $2,199
(http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/tosh...?tag=box4505)))

I like alot about each one but there are some slight differences...
The Toshiba has a 2.5ghz duo processor, where the asus only has the same, but the asus has 4gb ram and the toshiba only has 1.
The Toshiba has a 200gb 7200rpm hdd. The asus has a 320gb hdd, but is only 5500rpm.
Toshiba has a fingerprint thing on it which i like for good security reasons, but the asus has a video in tv tuner, which is great because I would end up buying a good one anyway.

I could just buy a 7200rpm 200gb harddrive for the asus laptop and prices would be equil

If you have the money this is one place where the phrase "you get what you pay for" works
