Hi i have a dell dimension 3000 and want to upgrade my graphics card. I'm a gamer.
the downside of all this is i only have a PCI slot. Not AGP or PCIe.
i found a couple cards o the internet but i donno which one to get. help please.

Radeon HD 2400 Pro

ATI Radeon 9250

I also heard about an 8500 GT PCI

Also if you know about any better PCI cards please tell me about it

The 8500gt is the best I know of currently, but it is not sold in the USA, so if you want it, you will need to "import" it (if you're in the USA). Otherwise, the x1550/x1300 cards and the 2400 pro are options as "runner ups." Look for 128bit memory interface for best performance as well as the actual clock speeds on the cards themselves. You may find the thread linked to in my signature helpful.

Do you have a link for info on the 8500gt? The links in the thread in your signature does not show any info about this card. Also where can i buy it online.
