My computer had to be taken apart to get fixed so I moved my Hard Drive to my other computer and when it boots windows the bar moves across a couple times then reboots, but it seem to boot fine when I do safe mode. So i figured maybe ill go to msconfig and unclick it all but that didnt work. I also tryed to uninstall my video drivers but still nothing.

well now when i boot the computer it is stuck in safe mode and I cant enter the desktop. I did what the guy before me told me and when it boots windows it for the setup it says it cant boot the setup in safe mode.

You need to tell me what Operating System you have (Xp? Vista?)
Also do you have the original install CD?

Which step did you take, the Repair option?

In Safe Mode, what actually happens? Is it just a blank screen? Can you press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together, then click on File-->Run and type in explorer.exe then click ok
