System specs
Green lasers @ ~20$

This (dealextreme.com/products.dx/category.911) [copy-paste] is the best place in my arsenal of bookmarks for cheap green lasers. I hope it helps.

if you did not read, i wanted one with ir filter, because i've been reading about it, those cheap lasers are not ir filtered and are really bad for your eyes in long term use

i know most that are ir filtered are around 50 dollars to 100

but by any chances any lower priced ones on sale?

If it helps any, the page you provided has many user comments on safety and what to buy and what not to. I suspect one of the comments from the page may help nosebleedXD, if he reads them!

Also be aware that Green lasers above 1mW have been banned in many countries.

Just a bit off topic but with kimsland mentioning lasers being banned, here is a good reason why they have been banned above that 1mW rating in the news today. Most likely they will get banned in Russia as well above that rating, although i don't know what lasers they were.
