I have to agree with ShoeGirl. You don't make the best of first impressions. I am a IMD, manage 3 servers, over 50 workstations, and have access to our main IT department that has several hundred Servers, and employes experts in every area of IT. There are alot of people here willing to help, most smarter than me, so you may want to consider an attitude adjustment!
