Not satisfied with display

hey guys i am not satisfied with my display .. the config of my pc is
INTEL-E-4600-2.4GHZ
ASUS MX/1333 BOARD
XFX 8600GT XXX
2 GB DDR2 KINGSTON
500GB SEAGATE (SATA)
i plan to upgrade my pc and am confused between INTELe-8600 OR xfx 9600 gt
or a good motherboard which can help my display to improve more strongly.... i think i dnt like my asus motherboard but want to buy somethng in economy range..
plz help me out..
my tft is 943nwx samsung
