Hi, I am a novice, and want to a website of quite a few pages with bells and whistles such as database(s), password, message boards, action alerts, discrete pages within the site for manipulation by third parties, video player and the rest.

I am hoping that Arachnophilia 5.3 will do much of the job because I have a small budget for this project, and I hear that Arach is easy to use. All the above features of the site are vital; so, your helpful suggestions are most welcomed.

Primarily, I can find no tutorial for Arach. Also, your suggestions as to software, free stuff and the like is most appreciated.
