Hi, Could you help me resolve this problem, Please!!

My son has bought a new game called Spore, which seems to cause our PC shuts down when he reaches the next level of the game.
I have checked windows update and ATI for up to date drivers and defragged the hard drive, but still no improvemement.

The error message is;
BCCode : 1000007f BCP1 : 0000000D BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 768_1

To add to what peterdiva posted Spore and ATI drivers are a known issue across the internet especially ATI's 4850 and 4870 cards.
