The software giant gets no rest, CNet News reports that Microsoft is now facing antitrust investigations from the Japanese government, this comes around about the same time they are going through a similar investigation process in Europe.

The commission said Thursday that it believed Microsoft imposed unfair conditions on computer manufacturers wanting to license its Windows XP operating system software.
