I've dealt with these guys many times. Although prices are usually a little steeper than some sites they offer great service and will treat you right every time. They also package very well.

Also, if you don't want to use your credit card they accept PayPal.

I have a quailty Antec 350w that I can slap in there so it shouldnt be a problem

If you have a spare quality PSU - you are good to go...I would never consider running my components on a generic PSU that came with a case...never AGAIN, that is...
