BSOD on transferring large folders

I BSOD when i try to transfer very large folders or files (90 gb) to a usb connected external hard drive. It is usually hte 0x8e error. I have checked the resource for listing many BSOD errors, but did not come up with anything relevant to my situation. I am attaching 3 minidumps in the hope that someone can decipher this problem. Also, the error referenced nv4_disp.dll. I do not have viruses, as i have scanned for them.
