Outlook Address Book

I am using XP.

I have made several Groups of addresses to use as distribution lists. If however I decide to remove a single recipient from the list they also get removed automatically from my main address data base. Is there any way round this problem?.

Are you sure you are deleting them from the distrubution list? Try 'removing' them. I'm not exactly sure how to do this, but I know it is possible.
