Outlook Address Book
I am using XP.
I have made several Groups of addresses to use as distribution lists. If however I decide to remove a single recipient from the list they also get removed automatically from my main address data base. Is there any way round this problem?. Tia Geoff |

Are you sure you are deleting them from the distrubution list? Try 'removing' them. I'm not exactly sure how to do this, but I know it is possible.
