i have got little white black lines in my monitor is it my graphic card or my monitor i'll try put a shot on it it goes left to right.

Could you please be a little more specific? What kind of monitor is it (LCD or CRT, laptop or desktop), and did you do anything special when the lines appeared? What kind of graphics card are you using?
I had a similar problem with my laptop, it fell on the floor, and three white, vertical lines appeared. I had to change the monitor.
