OS crashes when loading dvd's into dvd drive

When inserting DVD's into drive after about 10 seconds blue screen of death appears, and machine reboots have checked event log which gives catagory102 and event 1003 I have managed to analyse the dump file and have inserted debug log.text to this thread hopefully you will be able to help me. Apologies in advance if this is not the right part of the forum for this thread
 
Looks and sounds like Nero is causing the crash. Uninstall Nero and see if it happens.

Thanks for the advice have Un-installed Nero but the problem still occurs I have included another text file with this reply thanks in advance.
