What type of video card do I need to get?

I'm really confused.
I need a video card with a 128MB and support for pixel shader 2.0

I have a Dell Dimension B110
It Lacks AGP or PCI Express Graphics Slot

So, which card should i get? I really want to buy it and play my game.
