good to be here.BSOD!

hi,i have a bsod on a vista 32 bit,it came about while i was installing a sp1 update from windows,unfortunately i also had defrag pro running in the background,which resulted in the bsod. i cannot get in safemode,nor can i run the recovery.i've tried to run the hard drive in pc 2,it crashes there too. i've used varios app. in ultimate boot cd,i.e hard disk test;ok, memory test;14 passes, tried dban to erase ;says non-fatal error-could be bad sectors in hd. I triedhdd erase,won't erase either,basicly tried erasing/wiping with all ultim,ate boot cd tools,none have worked,i have reached a dead end, i dunno what to do, help please. thank you.
