Hi. I am new
Just a short intro. I am my wifes System Admin so I have learned a lot. I saw a post about USB Not Recognized" messages and had the problem and found a solution.
For my Dell laptop (1545), just unplug the power, remove the battery for a minute and put the battery back in and power up. It clears a cache of some sort and that fixed the problem. Dave |
