Win32 Heur Trojan, please help

Hi all,
About a month ago I got a horrible Trojan virus named Win32 Heur. I thought it had gone after I installed Kaspersky anti-virus, but it has continued to return every so often. I'm quite worried about it as I hear it's quite vicious, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks!

Kaspersky is excellent, but I would also run SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes. Upon completion, I would immediately run Kaspersky and MalwareBytes again in <SAFE MODE>
Then after the second set of scans in Safe Mode, run HiJackThis and post it to Techspot for a nuther opinion.

Thanks for the help, I've downloaded SuperAntiSpyware and Malware Bytes. How do I run Kaspersky and Malware Bytes in Safe Mode?

MalwareBytes runs in SAFE MODE without problems... As for the current version of Kaspersky, I don't know but it used to be in the online documentation

Okay great, I've done that and I'll just run HijackThis now.

It won't let me post links until I've had five or more posts...
