Win32 Heur Trojan, please help
Hi all,
About a month ago I got a horrible Trojan virus named Win32 Heur. I thought it had gone after I installed Kaspersky anti-virus, but it has continued to return every so often. I'm quite worried about it as I hear it's quite vicious, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! |

Kaspersky is excellent, but I would also run SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes. Upon completion, I would immediately run Kaspersky and MalwareBytes again in <SAFE MODE>
Then after the second set of scans in Safe Mode, run HiJackThis and post it to Techspot for a nuther opinion. |

Thanks for the help, I've downloaded SuperAntiSpyware and Malware Bytes. How do I run Kaspersky and Malware Bytes in Safe Mode?

MalwareBytes runs in SAFE MODE without problems... As for the current version of Kaspersky, I don't know but it used to be in the online documentation

Okay great, I've done that and I'll just run HijackThis now.
