I have A Dell M4400 in our shop, we use surfcam to send instructions to a milling unit, Via SDNCII when that is finished the system blue screens. I still have one base system device that was never properly installed (PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0843&SUBSYS_02501028&REV_11\4&A85581B&0&0BF0) I have tried but have not been able to remedy this.


We have three systems just like this one and have not had any problems out of them, and yes they two still have the missing base system device.

Below is the error code I have been getting. I'll attach the minidumps as well.

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000060, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 b7596756.

There are is at least one additional error code, perhaps two.

If anyone (with more knowledge than me) would care to look over the mini dumps it’s be much appreciated. I'm going to try and look at them later myself, but honestly I'm not really sure what I should be looking for.

Have you run a chkdsk on the hard drive or have you tested or replaced the systems memory?
