Do I have a virus

I have been trying to rid my machine of all illness, I have run all the spyware stuff but since a while back when I had a worm I have never been happy with this machine.

Now I ave noticed that norton update is failing, LU1803 error

Is it time to wipe and re-start.

Have u tried to reinstall the Norton?

Reinstalling programs help in some cases.
