Linking Toshiba Satellite to eMac

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows ME and I want to set up a LAN with an eMac running OSX. How do I do this? The main purpose is to transfer files from the PC to the eMac. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's doable, but I hear it is easier to share from a PC to Mac, than Mac to PC.

There's plenty of more too. Some keywords to search for might be Samba, Apple Talk, OS X, Windows workgroup... You should be able to find the find the information you are looking for.

With jaguar windows sharing is very easy. Under Sharing in System Preferences simply tick Windows Sharing. Fill in the computer name with what equals a netbios name and you should be good to go.
