I think I heard August. It's in beta now so as long as problems don't show up it may be on time.

win2k is already a very stable platform with sp2 installed. sp3 will further increase this.

its the stability of sp2 that made me move from a predominately winxp based system to windows 2000 advanced server as a main os. sp3 must be tested until its ready to build on that foundation.
