10/100 Ethernet/Wireless Ethernet PCI combo

Are you guys aware of a single pci card that offers the typical ethernet connection as well as a wireless one? I'd like to have the option to connect to either and I don't want to get two seperate cards. Any info is appreciated, Thanks

I don't think you can do that but I would go wireless. :bounce:
