Suspect RAID 0 error

I have a couple of Hitachi 80Gb SATA drives setup in a raid 0 configuration and the last few days when I boot up my machine it tells me there is a problem. If I go into the raid software whatever I try to do to sort the problem it won't let me.
If I try to reconfigure the raid it tells me its not possibe, If I try to create a raid it tells me there is not enough physical drives, if I check for conflicts it tells me there are none.
Thinking it may be a suspect drive, I ran Hitachi's own DFT software which found a couple of suspect sectors on one disc but fixed them and the other disc was Ok. I have ran chkdsk /r to sort out any other problems.
I am at a loss as to where to go from here really, has anyone any suggestions?
