prior to changing the length of time my screen saver was to come on, it would show the welcome screen for me to logon with, now, it shows me the old windows 2000 where it states this comp is in use and locked by an admin, how do i turn it back to welcome screen?

user settings show me as an admin with a guest account, quick switching and welcome screen is turned on. the only thing wrong is that in screen saver settings of the display properties it now says on resume, password protect as opposed to display welcome screen. please help!
