I recently downloaded and installed the latest Catalyst driver version for my Sapphire Radeon 9250 card and haven't been able to access the Runtime, and in turn the Control Centre. I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem as this before.

After installing the Catalyst software and rebooting, on startup I am given this error:


Trying to open the Runtime results in that same message being displayed. Trying to run the Control Centre results in no response whatsoever and the PC will continue as if I did nothing. Additionally, if I try to run the Wizard I get this error:


I am infact the admin of this computer. After uninstalling the Catalyst and trying again the same problem occurs. I am running Windows 2000 Pro, SP4. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.
