waht is the best cooling option for overclocking a amd athlon 64 3700+ san diego DFI LANPARY mobo i want to overclock to 2.8 if possible

for air cooling, the all-copper zlman 7700cu is the way to go. if your system cannot accommodate it, i advise a top-end all-copper thermaltake model/
