autochk.exe error message! HELP!

I recently installed SUSE Linux 9.3 as a secondary OS, and found out that I can't get into my WinXP OS anymore. When I try to boot into it, it gives me two error messages:
autochk missing - SKIPPING AUTOCHECK
xmnt2002 missing - SKIPPING AUTOCHECK

... or something closely related. I already read a previous article on this issue, and I understand that I need to run ptedit from Partition Magic, but I can't get into DOS or anything to run that program. I can only access my SUSE Linux OS, and nothing else.

Can someone please help me?!
