hi just a quick intro names duncan found this site by accident was looking for a solloution to hp director problem but had a look and found was very informative btw found solloution to my prob on hps website eventually everytime i loaded it it came up script errors had 2 solloutiions the first didnt work second involved editing regestry which id never done but instructions were very clear and now my hp director software works ok im self taught and have managed to solve a number of probs id say im a intamiadiate user have xp pro on my system is so much more stable then the old window 98 though upgraded memory and processor to cope with it.

You need to enter your system specs in your user profile.

You can do this by clicking user profile at the top of any page, and selecting edit profile.
