I need to upgrade my firmware for my DVD drive but i am unsure what to do or even what flashing is?
can someone take me through it?
PS anyone with same drive, i would love to know where i can find the firmware, the official page is down.

Is the page down for good, or just temporarily?

If it's the latter, I'd wait for it to come back, as it'll have instructions for what you have to do, and you won't run the risk of downloading a corrupted/bogus firmware...

the site is small and they no longer produce the drives but the firmwares are available, ive seen loads of sites but there always seems to be something stopping me from getting to it like site not existing or faulty link!! is v. frustrating
