Bsod 1000007f??? double fault? ahhhh

hey everyone, i just bought:

asus a8v mobo
athlon 64 3000+ 939 pin venice processor
1gig corsair value select (2x 512)
and i just happened to have a 9800 aiw previously that worked in another pc


if any of you are familiar with this set up, you should know that there are big problems. im talking about infinite loops with the graphics card. i dont know if its a via issue or what. i think it is. anyway, when i put it in 4x mode, the 00000ea bsod went away, but for some reason now i get a new bsod. it is exactly as this, usually when i play a game like bf2 demo or cs:source:

Error code 1000007f, parameter1 00000008, parameter2 80042000, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000

it never crashes if i dont run a game. ive tried new drivers and old drivers of ati drivers and via agp drivers, i dont know if it is faulty hardware or what. i ram memtest86+ for like 8 hours and it came out clean. from research, the parameter 1 means double fault. but i dont understand what that means. someone help me pinpoint my problem, and give me a solution or workaround! i cant return this damn motherboard. i have a feeling it has something to do with the graphics card cuz i think the geforce4ti4200 works. i tried it, but i cant run bf2 for more testing. yeah so help!!!!!!

The double fault is usually caused bty stack overflow or faulty RAM. When Windows crashes with blue screen, it writes a system event 1001/1003 and a minidump to the folder \windows\minidump. Check system event 1001 and 1003 and it has the content of the blue screen

Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> System -> Event 1001/1003. Copy the content and paste it back here

Zip 5 to 6 minidumps and attach the zip files here. I will study the dump and find out the culprit.

except i think the minidumps were erased by a cleaning program i have called CCleaner.

at my own risk, i downgraded my 5.7 catalysts to 5.6 omegas and updated my bios. i will not use the cleaning program after a crash happens, if it happens at all. until then, im sorry for keeping you waiting but if i get a minidump i will private message you. thank you for your help! it is greatly appreciated.
