Seeking good book for writing Windoze programs
Can someone recommend a good reference or "how-to" book about writing programs to run on Windoze operating systems?
I'm a former programmer, experienced with a bunch of languages, so whatI need is not so much an introductory programming book, as one that will be a good book to turn to for basic info on writing programs for Windoze, that will tell me macros and services available, and so on. Tnx. |

You could start by telling WHAT language(s) you want to program in, and what TYPE of programs you want to write.

If I'm gonna learn a language, it may as well be one that's powerful and widely used.
I've written a few PHP programs, but I want something that will be web-independent. |
