Mozilla and text field size

I'm just having a small problem...

It seems the text field for posts (the one I'm writing in right now) barely extends over the "Quote" button. Is this normal, or is there any way to fix it?

It's really bothering me...I'm used to bigger.

I don't know how IE or Netscape handles that, but that's what it has always been here.
