Only use these HJT-instructions when asked!

Print this out for reference, when solving HiJackThis problems!

Boot in Safe Mode, see how here.
XP/ME only: Switch System restore OFF, see how here.
In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here.

First, transfer ALL the text between the dotted (.....) lines from the post that sent you here,
to between the dotted lines underneath.

Make sure to FOLLOW ALL of these instructions in the SEQUENCE they are given here!

/P/ Process-stop
Only if you find any line(s) marked with a /P/ between the dotted (.....) lines:
Open Windows Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
Click the Processes tab, select the Process (if there) and click End Process for:
that particular xxx.EXE or xxx.TMP.
Repeat for ALL other /P/ lines.

/R/ unRegister .DLL files
Only if you find any line(s) marked with an /R/ between the dotted (.....) lines:
Click Start/Run and type in:
REGSVR32 /U Drive:\Path\FILE.DLL from that line (for example: REGSVR32 /U C:\Windows\pqymml.dll) and press Enter.
Repeat for ALL other /R/ lines.

/S/ Service-stop
Only if you find any line(s) marked with an /S/ between the dotted (.....) lines:
Click Start/Run, type in services.msc and click OK. Look for the named bold Service in that /P/-line:
Doubleclick it, click Stop if it's running, and change the Startup type to Disabled.
Repeat for ALL other /S/ lines.

/U/ Uninstall
Only if you find any line(s) marked with a /U/ between the dotted (.....) lines:
Click Start/Control Panel/Add/Remove Programs.
If there, UNinstall anything to do with the Program referenced in that /U/ line.
Repeat for ALL other /U/ lines.

Next, run a HJT Scan and place a Tick-mark (= FIX it) in the little square before EVERY line from the transfer that is still there:
........................................................................... ........................

TRANSFER THE TEXT from between the dotted lines in YOUR other post to here, BETWEEN THESE dotted LINES

........................................................................... ........................
Now click on the Fix Checked button in HJT. Exit HJT.

When done, use Windows Explorer to delete the highlighted bold files from between the above dotted lines.
When a \directory-name\ is highlighted bold, delete everything in it, including that directory itself.

Delete all files and directories from: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp.
Repeat this for ALL [usernames].

Rightclick IE on the desktop, select Properties, click on Delete Cookies, and Delete Files.
Delete ALL files and directories from: C:\WINDOWS\Temp (except files dated from TODAY).
XP/ME only: Delete ALL files from C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch.
Rightclick the Recycle Bin on the Desktop and EMPTY it.

Boot normal.

XP/ME only: When all OK, switch System Restore back on, see how here.

And for those of you, who STILL have not copped on:
STOP using that crappy IE (other than for Windoze-updates) and install Firefox from www.getfirefox.com
