When windows xp loading I get this pop up window.
Error loading c:\windows\uauhccup1.dll the specified module could not be found.
After this only the mouse moves around and nothing works.
Pls help.

I can find no info for c:\windows\uauhccup1.dll.

Perhaps doing a Windows repair, as per this thread HERE will help.

Regards Howard

Boot in Safe Mode.
Click Start/Run and type msconfig and click OK.
Check all the startup entries for that file. When found, note its location, UNtick it and restart in normal mode.
Tell us what you found, please.
