I have a laptop with out fdd or cd rom. After I format my HDD and load XP, it it says NTLDR Missing, After saveral format now it says " remove disk and other media. How can I solve this problem?

you need to install windows for it to boot into said OS. in the absence of a bootable OS, the lappy will do exactly as you said it has done.
