Device Driver BSOD's Driving Me Nuts

Hi. I have just joined.

I have been plagued for a long time by random BSOD crashes (3-4 per day on average) on my laptop and would like to see if one of the experts on the forum can help. Microsoft's Driver Error screens are no help at all.

I have a Sotec (Averatec) 3120X with XP Home SP2. 1.2 GHz, 320 Meg RAM. Runs a Celeron.

I have upgraded all the drivers I can find, redone the heat sink compound on the CPU and checked the temp on it (tops out at around 46 degrees).

System does not crash in safe mode so I do not think it is the RAM. I have run Memtest on it and it shows no errors after 7 complete passes.

I am attaching a zip file of the Minidumps from yesterday and today. Maybe someone can figure out what driver is the problem? I sure hope so.

Thanks in advance.

J
