Having a problem with my mp3 player..
Hi, I just received this error with my Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra (30 GB) mp3 player: I was deleting a song on it when it froze, so I took out the battery (because I couldn't shut it off), and when I put it back in and booted it up, it said "Firmware Problem" and I couldn't exit the screen, shut it off, or access anything else on the mp3 player. I pressed the tiny reset button but I got the same error. I tried to install new firmware but my computer said that the mp3 player was not connected..
I have no idea what I should do. I think it's pretty much broken. I don't have a warranty on it, and I don't have the money to get a new mp3 player, so I'm completely lost. I noticed in a similar thread that someone said to attach a hdd adapter and fix the filesystem on my pc.. what is an hdd adapter and how would I fix the filesystem from there? Thanks so much to anyone that helps. |
