thats what i thought too, but it only happens with firefox when i am surfing the internet. Internet explorer does not cause an error. i figure that they do the same thing, it must be how the program is interacting with the hardware and the drivers. is there any other possibilities besides hardware?

I suppose there are always other possibilities.
Zip 5, or 6 minidumps together, and post them here. Regards Howard

i am seriously hopping it isnt a hardware problem, or at least nothing major, because the last thing i need is to put more money into fixing this damn thing. and there are some things i wont fix on the thing such as a battery that performs like crap. and i already replaced the ram, although it was my fualt that i had too.

All your minidumps crash at ntoskrnl.exe with a 9c bug check.
This is almost certainly a hardware error. Look HERE for more info. It really is a case of trying to find the hardware responsible. Start with your ram, if thats not the problem, then maybe it`s the mobo, or cpu. Another possible cause is an unstable power supply. Regards Howard

I know it`s a real downer when something like this happens.
When you discover the culprit, please will you let us know. Regards Howard
