BSOD and Minidumps

I have a IBM T41 thinkpad and I am getting 4-5 BSOD every week. I have the minidump and I created the debuglog.txt. Can somebody please help me to located the cause of the problem. I have attached the debuglog.txt.

Hi Kanas,

Probably it is faulty ram. Run memtest to stress test the ram.

THank you very much cpc2004. I ran memtest and there was problem with one of the DDR RAM. I replaced it with another one and I am running the test. Looks like this RAM is good.
